At Julz Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
